Position Overview
Synechron is looking for a dynamic Sales Director who will drive and manage change into the organization and take it to the next level of growth. You will receive a competitive base salary and OTE structure.
Responsibilities
1. Managing sales and growth for the European region in the Financial Tech Services line of business.
2. Lead the way in terms of revenue, margin, large and marquee deals, market share, and customer share.
3. Identify and acquire new logos while consistently creating new business opportunities.
4. Partner with presales and global practices as well as domain teams to seed opportunities and roll out proactive propositions.
