Salary: £36,784.46
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm (you will be required for role-handover to start at 05:30am/13:30pm).

What will this role achieve?
Service Supervisors are accountable for the smooth running of the factory dealing with incoming and outgoing goods. You will be carrying out tasks that require a hands-on approach, working closely with the Warehouse Team Manager and operating FLTs, electric hand barrows and VNA’s. The role will require flexibility and good communication skills. All training will be given.
The role requires a proactive individual with a ‘can do’ attitude who is committed to maintaining high standards in production whilst working as part of a dynamic team.
What will be your key deliverables?
* Place labour start of shift
* Set up load headers
* Dispatch loads
* Check for incoming deliveries so lines do not run out of packaging/layaside
* Communicate with MDC/H-express/Helpdesk/Factory managers/Supervisors/labour placers
* Do 2-hour checks on BBD, Quality of wrapping on finished goods, Hygiene in dept
* Rack reports daily
* Complete stock adjustments
* Check I-Docs on SAP hourly then Investigate/process them
* Complete walk about to make sure all the jobs are getting done, all FLT/Barrow men are driving in a safe manner
* Control Holidays including Agency, only allow the 15% off at any time
* Keep staff flexible to rotate around all the jobs to keep their skills up
* When required release guys for training courses
* Attend daily board meetings

* Basic numerical and literacy knowledge
* Proficient using Microsoft Office, Autostore, SAP
* Manual dexterity

* Be able to multi-task and have the drive and tenacity to work under your own initiative
* Positive attitude and willingness to drive change within operational environment
Desirable
* Previous Supervisor experience is desirable but not essential, training will be given
* Knowledge of manufacturing environment and of HACCP and safe systems of work
* Understand zonal Key Performance Indicators (production targets, waste levels and line performance)
What does the recruitment process consist of?
Assessments – Swift Comprehensive Aptitude assessment along with a Workplace English assessment. These should take around 45–60 minutes to complete.
Interview – 45-60 minute competency-based interview based on our company values and your experience.
Depending on your current job role, you may not be required to complete the assessments.
