Aftersales Manager – JLR Peterborough
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-6pm, 45 hours per week

The Role
An extremely exciting opportunity has arisen for an Aftersales Manager responsible for our Jaguar Land Rover store in Peterborough. Reporting to the Head of Business, you will be supported by an established team.
To support you in your personal development and growth, you will have full access to Marshall Training. This will help you build on your current skillset and further your career through our training and development.
What will I do?
As an Aftersales Manager, you will have overall accountability for people and financial performance for your assigned dealership. With support from your General and corporate support functions, you will:
1. Lead, manage and motivate a team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced
2. Drive a high performance culture, ensuring performance is rewarded and underperformance is managed
3. Oversee the service, parts, managing stock control and assets
4. Set financial and growth objectives for each department, and plan accordingly to ensure profit and product targets are met
5. Accurately report on dealership reporting, in line with group reporting frameworks
6. Develop and roll out a dealership marketing and publicity strategy to support objectives
7. Support the dealership to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
8. Ensure dealership activities are conducted in line with Marshall Motor Group, manufacturer and regulatory requirements
What do I need?
We are looking to speak to you if you are currently an Aftersales Manager or are in a Automotive Aftersales Manager position. In addition to your previous experience, we are seeking individual who display the following attributes:
9. Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a large and diverse team
10. A professional and calm approach with strong stakeholder management skills to manage internal and external stakeholders
11. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to foresee potential barriers
