Their unique power protection solutions are trusted in major renewable energy projects and critical power systems worldwide, as they deliver proven cost savings, enhanced reliability and seamless renewable integration.
The Role:
This role is for a dynamic Sales Operations Manager; someone ambitious and ready to make an impact.
You’ll be responsible for:
1. Driving sales through the management of a high-performing sales team
2. Developing and managing channel partners to convert a growing pipeline of sales
3. Managing the sales pipeline using CRM tools, processes and analytics to ensure opportunities are progressed efficiently, and to ensure effective forecasting, KPI tracking and reporting
4. Developing and managing a partner program to maximise successful sales through all partners
5. Coaching the company and partner sales teams in relationship management, influencing, negotiation and deal closures
6. Supporting the VP Sales in developing sales strategy and implementation
The Individual
We’re looking for people who can show:
1. Sales Manager experience, with a background in the Power Sector or related industry
2. Experience selling through international supply chains to Transmission, Distribution, or generation companies, or equivalent industries such as Oil & Gas
3. Experience managing the delivery of technical and commercial proposals and tender responses
4. Experience with long sales cycles – up to a max of 3 years
