In our USA team we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Sales Representative. So, what will you do exactly? Job description This role is the right fit for someone early in their career, eager to drive sales in a cutting-edge and fast-growing market. As a Sales Representative person you will be responsible for maximising order intake, sales, account management and customer satisfaction whilst developing and optimising the customer relationship in order to ensure long-term profitability. While reporting to the CEO, you are responsible for collecting feedback, visit customers, pitch our products as well as attending (International) trade shows. You are responsible for ensuring the pipeline, work with our funnel management tool and analysing win & loss deals, expectations, market, competition, trends and revenue target. Your main tasks will include: · (B2B) Sales · Acquiring new customers · Making offers and quotes for existing customers · Identify new markets · Creativity in sales and meetings · Pre-marketing activities to create brand awareness · Collaborating in a pro-active way with existing and new customers to improve sales results · Training new clients · Ensuring the pipeline · Customer satisfaction · Build relationships with our clients · Travel international for tradeshows, events and customer visits · Meet your sales target Your skillset should include: · You have affinity for technology and product development · You are interested in Health, Wellness and Neuro technology · (Basic) knowledge of Red light therapy · Proven experience in sales in the field · A completed higher professional education with relevant work experience · You have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a sales position · You are entrepreneurial and a good negotiator with insight and analytical skills · Flexible and positive attitude, ambitious and willing to learn · You like to think with the customer and have a high problem-solving capacity · You work precise, you’re social and stress resistant · You have good knowledge of MS Office · Excellent communication skills, written and verbal in English (other languages is a plus) · You are conscientious and well organized · Ability to work in an international team and independently · Willing to travel for work frequently What we offer: · A highly motivated, young, International and hardworking team. · A lot of opportunities to develop yourself. · Proper salary · Bonus structure · Company laptop and phone · Your work contributes to the health of the general public. · Opportunities to travel the world. · Plenty of coffee.
