Job Purpose Contribute to a culture of customer satisfaction by managing orders, addressing enquiries, and supporting operational processes, including picking and shipping orders from the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and instant message. Process orders promptly and assist customers with issues like returns, faulty merchandise, and delivery delays. Provide clear and friendly updates on products, services, and promotions. Record customer interactions and complaints in the system, ensuring efficient resolution. Administrative Tasks:
Update and maintain accurate records of orders and inventory. Collaborate with team members and management to enhance communication and processes. Support marketing efforts and assist with planning for annual exhibitions. Warehouse Support:
Pick and pack customer orders to meet shipping deadlines. Perform regular stock checks and manage inventory. Receive and reconcile supplier deliveries, reporting any discrepancies promptly. Maintain a clean and organised workspace in line with Health & Safety guidelines. What You’ll Bring to the Role
