About the Client\n\nOur client is a global leader in BMS, with over a century of expertise in developing, manufacturing, and delivering innovative solutions for large-scale commercial and residential properties. Their service division provides ongoing support, including routine maintenance, system upgrades, and project works.\n\nService Projects Engineer Roles/Responsibilities\n\nConduct site surveys to assess project scope and requirements.\nCollaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.\nPerform pre-commissioning and commissioning tasks, including point-to-point checks, panel modifications, and system integration.\nConfigure and modify project software and graphics as required.\nEnsure compliance with health & safety policies and site regulations.\nProvide system demonstrations and user training to clients.\nUpdate project documentation, including wiring diagrams and operational descriptions.Service Projects Engineer Qualifications\n\nMinimum 3 years’ experience in the UK BMS industry as a service, project, or commissioning engineer.\nStrong knowledge of non-proprietary protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and M-Bus.\nExperience with BMS software and graphics (e.g., Trend, Tridium, Distech, Siemens).\nElectrical competence with the ability to understand and modify control panel drawings.\nFamiliarity with HVAC plant operations and controls.\nExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\nAbility to work both independently and within a team.\nA full UK driving licence is preferred for projects outside of London.Benefits\n\nCompetitive salary based on experience.\nCompany car scheme or monthly car allowance.\n10% employer pension contribution.\nPrivate medical insurance and life assurance.\nEmployee Assistance Programme and wellness portal.\nDiscounted gym membership and cycle scheme.\nAccess to employee discounts platform.\nCareer development through technical and personal training investment
