We are looking to recruit a Practice Improvement Lead within the Social Care industry in Tameside. The vacancy will be for an initial 3-6 months with potential for extension subject to internal circumstances and your performance.
Responsibilities include:
1. Leading service-wide improvement initiatives, including learning and development events, recruitment events, and quality assurance activities.
2. Providing project management for new initiatives and supporting the implementation of change programmes.
3. Developing and delivering a children's services training and development strategy, including monitoring and evaluating its impact.
4. Maintaining up-to-date toolkits and resource packs for practitioners and managers.
The ideal candidate is expected to be highly motivated, dynamic, and creative, with experience in successful project management and delivering training or workshops to various audiences.
Experience preferred:
1. Experience of working as an Improvement Lead within the UK Social Care industry.

Minimum requirements:
1. 3 years' post qualifying experience in a similar role within the UK.
2. Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you).
3. Eligibility to work in the UK.
4. DipSW/CQSW equivalent.
