Key Responsibilities Play an integral role in an agile product development team, collaborating with the Product Owner, developers, modelers and client-facing colleagues to deliver on time and to a high quality Responsible for ensuring the combination of software platform, financial analytics and customer configurations and integrations work together seamlessly to provide optimal solutions for our customers Participate in the design, specification and planning of new product features Design and execute functional, negative and exploratory testing for new and existing features manually and through automation. Design and execute regression test plans for each software release Manage, monitor and maintain all automated test suites, ensuring that they run regularly, resolving or escalating any problems that are encountered Assist in the development of automated test frameworks, working with the Development team to specify and implement new automation features Maintain awareness of, introduce and use best practices and tools for test automation, scripting and QA processes Assist in the administration of internal tools, e.g. bug tracking, continuous integration, testing infrastructure when required Provide second line support for the software, assisting the Client Experience Group where required to diagnose and solve problems Skills / Experience Required Strong background in finance, preferably front-office Strong experience in software testing, including test case design, test execution, and test automation Experience with issue tracking and testing tools Strong problem-solving, technical and analytical skills Good communication and teamwork skills Desirable Skills / Experience Strong knowledge of interest rates and/or foreign exchange market derivatives Experience with Agile development methodologies Experience with front end test automation tooling e.g. Selenium Experience of Windows system administration.
