Flexcube & Core Banking Applications Support Analyst

Role Overview: This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. As an IT Application Support Analyst, you will perform functional support duties and provide technical assistance to users on a range of core banking products, online banking products, and other critical business applications.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Carry out day-to-day support, maintenance/upgrade, and administration on all the bank’s application systems and interfaces.
2. Resolve any application issues that do not involve coding.
3. Investigate and resolve banking products end-user and system issues.
4. Maintain existing and develop new Business Objects reports as per business requirements.
5. Provide Flexcube and Flexcube Direct Banking functional support to users on how they interface with the bank's application systems.
6. Escalate issues to CTO & Deputy Chief Technology Officer where appropriate. Ensure support calls are logged, updated, and followed through to resolution.
7. Familiarity with source code and change management.
8. Provide support for, and monitor, the daily End-of-Day batch processing operation for Flexcube.
Key Skills/Experience:
University degree educated in Computer Sciences or a related discipline is a must.

* Oracle FLEXCUBE
* WS02 API platform
* Oracle PL/SQL
* Microsoft Windows 10, 2012, 2016, 2019 support & administration
