Head of Product and Account Management at Fourth Wall Creative
Fourth Wall is a high growth and fast-moving business established for 12+ years and going from strength to strength. We are currently seeking ambitious Project/Account Managers, ideally with experience in merchandising and/or product (physical) management. You may currently be a buyer/account manager/Project Manager, or you may have experience within a product management role, managing a specific product category and dealing successfully with internal/external clients. The successful candidates will be managing a portfolio of clients and taking responsibility for successful delivery of projects in an efficient and timely manner. Project scope, length, and brief will vary; we are looking for people with a “can do” attitude who are ambitious and flexible.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
1. Liaising with clients to take project briefs and understand requirements.
2. Presenting project plans back to clients and upselling where relevant.
3. Making product recommendations to clients that meet their brief.
4. Ensuring client retention through successful delivery on projects.
5. Understanding customer requirements and undertaking research into specified products and alternative product sourcing.
6. Identifying resources required and ensuring responsibilities are understood.
7. Critical path management and managing all day-to-day operational aspects of the project.
8. Project costing, benchmarking, and cost analysis.
9. Maintaining efficient and timely contact with clients.
10. Liaising with suppliers and other third parties.
11. Liaising with internal departments (creative, production, accounts, operations, and logistics).
12. Ensuring project feedback and status reports to all parties.
13. Ensuring projects are delivered within budget, on time, and to brief.
14. Uploading all project information onto the company portal.
15. Creating quotes, raising POs, and invoices.
16. Issuing standard trading agreements.
Requirements:
1. Good communication and interpersonal skills with contacts at all levels.
2. Ability to understand brief and requirement and respond swiftly.
3. Excellent time management and ability to prioritise workload and tasks.
4. Adherence to deadlines and delivery milestones.
5. Ability to negotiate confidently and assertively.
6. IT literate.
7. Willing to handle responsibilities and accept challenges.
8. Ability to remain calm and professional under all circumstances.
9. Focused and committed.
10. Willing to travel overseas (although not on a regular basis).
11. Ability to work around time zones.
12. Experience of dealing with customers/production overseas.
13. Knowledge of production and supply process.
