We have an opportunity for a Head of Client Insights & MI in our Analytics department. In this key role, you'll ensure clients receive valuable insights into their service performance along with timely and accurate management information, while also rethinking and evolving our approach. We're looking for someone who can drive continuous improvement, refine existing processes, and enhance efficiency. This role can be based at any of our locations with a blend of hybrid working. What you will do: Work with UK business teams to understand variances and find ways to improve net benefits for UK clients, while sharing agreed insights and identifying areas for improvement. Standardise management information across clients to minimise errors and reduce production costs, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency. Measure, monitor, and maintain the team's ability to meet or exceed KPIs, while optimising resource use to meet service level commitments. Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders to align, prioritise, and set expectations for demand, products, and initiatives. Escalate project issues and risks appropriately, driving them to resolution quickly, while managing communications with all local stakeholders. Prioritise and execute tasks effectively in high-pressure environments to ensure seamless delivery of objectives Devoted to the FCA principle of Consumer Duty, by ensuring we are driving good customer outcomes across all aspects of services that have potential to impact our customers. What we're looking for: Proven experience with increasing responsibilities, including team management, mentoring, and strategic planning abilities. Strong management, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver results aligned with quality and timeline metrics while managing multiple priorities. Background in analytics with experience in statistical methodologies, segmentation models, business information evaluation, scheduling, and forecasting. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage and influence internal and external stakeholders effectively. Experience in operations and reporting, including familiarity with regulatory and legal frameworks. Bachelor's degree or higher. Strong ability to develop and communicate management vision while directing teams toward organisational goals.
