* Collaborate with the GCXE team to develop and execute a comprehensive monthly communications plan aimed at achieving CX Excellence across Area, OU, and SMC Regional levels.
* Create and maintain SharePoint resources, ensuring a unified communications approach for key projects that form part of the CX Excellence Hub.
* Craft compelling written content for executive updates, community newsletters, and other internal communication channels including Teams, Viva, and intranet platforms.
* Respond promptly and efficiently to ad-hoc programme management and team administration requests, demonstrating strong organisational skills.
* Engage with global stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging, adapting to feedback while supporting the improvement of customer experiences.
* Identify and act on new opportunities for communication strategy enhancements, contributing to the overall success of the global team.
