An established and growing contractor within the fire safety sector is seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of passive fire protection projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the day-to-day operations of multiple fire door projects in support of Commercial and Contracts Managers.

Prepare and manage project documentation including RAMS, schedules, and health and safety files.
*
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.
*
Maintain internal systems with up-to-date information on project progress, labour allocations, and deliveries.
*
Support with procurement and stock management processes.
*
Assist in compiling project reports and ensuring all documentation meets compliance and audit requirements.
Requirements:
*
Previous experience in a project coordination, scheduling, or administrative role within construction or fire safety is preferred.
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
*
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, and comfortable learning new systems.
*
Ability to multitask, prioritise workloads, and work to deadlines.
*
Knowledge of fire protection systems is advantageous but not essential – training will be provided
