Are you a skilled maintenance professional ready to lead in a fast-paced FMCG environment? My client is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to oversee their dynamic team at their busy Coalville factory. This role will include working days and nights (12 hour shifts) leading a small team during the day and a team of 10 during the nights. Duties include leading completion of PPM activities monitoring each stage of the process, ensuring the team are working to a high level of health and safety at all times, as well as reporting correctly in the CMMS system, and playing an active role in both mechanical and electrical breakdowns and repairs.

Requirements for the Maintenance Team Leader:
* Must have previous experience as a Maintenance Team Leader / Supervisor / Manager
* Mechanical bias
* Minimum Level 3 Engineering Qualification
