We are seeking an ambitious, motivated, and driven Real Estate Agent / Auctioneer to join our growing team at an exciting and fast-paced auction house. Based in our luxurious office, you will play a key role in selling residential, commercial properties, and land throughout the UK, while helping to drive business growth and generate new stock.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sell a diverse range of property assets, including residential, commercial, and land.
* Generate new stock and close sales across a variety of property types.
* Attend viewings and auctions, providing exceptional customer service.
* Assist with the management and marketing of properties.
* Work in a high-energy, fast-paced, commission-based sales environment.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and deadlines.
* Negotiate sales and close deals effectively.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on repeat business.
Who We're Looking For:
* A confident, outgoing, and sociable individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
* Minimum 2 years of property sales experience, preferably with a focus on commercial properties.
* Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of closing deals.
* Passionate about the property industry and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Full UK driving license and own car required for viewings and property tours.
* Previous experience with full property sales progression is a plus.
