We have an exciting opportunity for a band 2 Health Care assistant to join the Out of Hours team and will include 3 x 11.5 hour shift pattern between the hours of 8pm and 8am (34.5 hours per week). Applications are invited from candidates who wish to join a friendly, dynamic and progressive team based within City Health Care Partnership CIC Out of Hours Nursing team.
The ability to commute within CHCP CIC's geographical areas with access to appropriate means of transport is essential.
The service operates across Hull and East Riding providing care for patients requiring nursing interventions in their own homes, working alongside a registered nurse when on duty. You must be flexible in your approach to practice, have excellent communication skills, be adaptable and be able to lead and drive forward change ensuring patient safety is maintained at all times. CHCP CIC is committed to developing its clinical workforce and therefore offers the successful candidate opportunities for further study and career progression. You will be joining dynamic and proactive nursing teams which working in partnership with associated health and social care providers.
