Position Overview
Responsible for executing store changeovers and installations for interiors in the UK Region RLS doors, including daily maintenance and creative updates through product merchandising. This position requires expertise in visual merchandising and maintaining strong relationships with store teams while ensuring brand image standards are consistently met.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1. Execute interior changeovers and installations for stores, including product mapping, product placement, lifestyle presentations and outfit building.
2. Conduct daily maintenance walkthroughs of locations, identifying opportunities to improve and maintain the overall aesthetic and creative appearance of the site, including the overall tidiness of each store.
3. Partner closely with creative counterparts before and during installs to ensure that the product and creative presentations reinforce each other, are cohesive, and aligned with the seasonal business strategies.
4. Take responsibility for staying connected to the Corporate Office via the Team Site, including updates to the directives, showrooms, advertising, product deliveries and buys.
5. Actively participate in the timely updating of the Team Site with window and interior photo recaps and regional calendars.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
1. 5 years in visual merchandising experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
2. Strong visual skills and eye for detail. Creative personality and business acumen.
3. Fast learner, team player with strong work ethic.
4. Proactivity, autonomy, strong time management and organizational skills in order to execute a running punch list, maintain and install a rolling calendar and meet fast-paced deadlines.
5. Ability to travel to multiple store locations and conduct installations outside of standard working and retail store hours (i.e., evenings after 7 PM/weekends).
6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with supervisors and peers.
