Our client is a leader in Ethical Investments, and they are looking for a motivated Administrator to join their Advisor Support team. The role is hybrid working 2 days in office and 3 at home once you have passed your probation period. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to a dedicated team of Financial Advisors and Paraplanners. Maintain and update the client database. Process new business applications and manage client information. Assist in writing basic reports and maintaining documentation. Perform general office duties. Act as a liaison between clients, product providers, and the advisory team. What We're Looking For: Experience in financial services administration. Familiarity with XPLAN (or similar financial software). A working knowledge of WRAP platforms is a plus. A proactive mindset and a desire to work towards a Diploma in Financial Planning.
