Working for a forward thinking manufacturing business based in Mildenhall. You will responsible for providing administrative support to the sales and contracts team.
Duties to Include:
* Raising production paperwork
* Updating project trackers
* Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
* Creating certificates and customer handover packs
* Updating databases
* Filing and File maintenance
* Answering customer telephone enquiries
Experience/Skills Required:
* Organised and capable of meeting tight deadlines
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Good written communication skills
* IT Literate
* Team focused
* Able to communicate at all levels
Hours of Work:
08.30 - 17.30 Monday - Friday
