Requirement: You must hold a Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management?? What Youll Be Doing:Coordinate and oversee multiple PAS 2035-compliant retrofit projects across the ECO framework.Act as the key liaison between homeowners, landlords, assessors, designers, installers, and internal teams.Review and approve Retrofit Assessment Reports, Retrofit Design Reports, and Medium-Term Improvement Plans.Ensure quality assurance, risk management, and full compliance with TrustMark and PAS 2035 standards.Maintain detailed project records and ensure timely submission of documentation to relevant parties.Monitor progress against project plans, identifying risks or delays and implementing corrective actions where needed.Build strong, positive relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to support successful delivery.? What Were Looking For:Level 5 qualification in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management (essential).Strong knowledge of PAS 2035, TrustMark requirements, and ECO funding frameworks.Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.Attention to detail, high levels of organisation, and the ability to work to tight deadlines.A collaborative approach, with confidence in reviewing technical documents and leading compliance checks.Experience in domestic retrofit, energy efficiency, or construction environments is highly desirable.??
