We are seeking applications for the new role of Recruitment Administrator as part of the ongoing Recruitment and Shared Services Department restructure.

Main duties of the job
* To regularly monitor approved vacancies on the TRAC system, review and apply next steps as appropriate (advertise, chase documentation etc).
* To link all vacancies to ESR in line with service requirements and timescales.
* Send and manage TRAC communications relating to the moving of vacancies through the recruitment process from Advertising to Interview Outcome.
* Build rapport and strong working relationships with hiring managers to coordinate a smooth process for allocated vacancies.
* To coordinate the communication with candidates throughout the advert to interview stages to provide updates, reschedule interviews and manage expectations of next steps and timescales.
* To readvertise vacancies as required.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent level of education or equivalent experience
Skills and Knowledge
* Accurate keyboard skills and the ability to create effective documents
* Highly competent computer literacy including Microsoft Packages
* To be competent in the use of TRAC
Experience
* Demonstrable experience in a similar administrative post, working both under supervision and independently
* Maintenance of filing systems and effective document management
* Manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload to match management objectives
* Experience of working in a Recruitment environment
* Experience within a Recruitment role using e-recruitment systems
Personal Attributes
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in cooperation with others, and as part of a team
* Can work under pressure at times and is effective at working to deadlines
