In the process technician role, you will be working in a production line environment and will be responsible for the accurate recording of equipment, responsible for the accurate grading and testing of equipment and dismantling IT related assets. You will be recording all data in relevant software and ensuring that all paperwork is correctly completed.
This is a great entry level role for someone who is passionate about change and saving the planet. If you have an interest in computers, gaming and electronics then we need you too!
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Working in a production line environment within the warehouse facility
2. Supporting goods in as and when required.
3. Responsible for the accurate recording (serial number, make/model etc) of equipment.
4. Record all data in relevant software and ensuring that all paperwork is correctly completed.
5. Work as part of a team to meet SLA’s.
6. Attend and participate in training sessions and meetings.
7. Ensuring a safe and efficient work environment
ABOUT YOU
8. Previous e xperience in warehouse or production settings would be advantageous
9. Some understanding of IT equipment would be preferred.
10. IT Literate – experience using Microsoft Packages
11. Ability to work under pressure and excellent attention to detail.
12. Good timekeeping skills and attendance
