Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Territory Manager at Yopa Property, based in City of Bristol with the flexibility to work from home. The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding their assigned territories, establishing relationships with clients and partners, and promoting Yopa's services. This role involves traveling within the assigned territories to meet with clients and conduct business.
Qualifications
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
* Experience in sales, account management, or territory management
* Knowledge of the property industry and local real estate market
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
