Hybrid working on offer Full time position (would consider four days weekly) East Sussex Tony Alan has partnered with a renowned and growing organisation based in Eastbourne to help them recruit a Learning and Development Officer on a fixed term contract for 12 months (potentially longer). There will be some travel required within this role and hybrid working is offered. As the Learning and Development Officer, you will directly report to the Learning and Development Manager. You will be involved in the delivery of a dynamic and effective induction and learning programme, which aims to enhance the organisations skill set and knowledge base, aligning with company objectives and fostering mutual success among team members. This is a fast paced and broad role where your duties will include: Delivering company induction and in-house core skills training programmes Working with the L&D Manager to analyse training needs to develop new programmes and improve existing programmes Delivering product training courses and supported by the practical demonstrators Assisting in the design of inhouse product and skills training. Collaborating with the learning team to review the effectiveness of company training through the evaluation process Promoting the companies aims and values To be successful in this role you will have proven experience working as a learning and development professional, be confident in training delivery and have experience in the creation and production of e-learning. You will have the ability to research, develop and lead creative learning solutions and have a passion for developing others. In addition, this role requires someone who is approachable and able to build strong working relationships with colleagues at all levels and establish a collaborative working style. This position is being offered on a full-time basis (37.5 hours weekly) although applicants looking to work four days will also be considered.
