My client is currently looking to recruit a Senior Conference and Events Manager to join their team.
My client is a leading hospitality and catering company and the role is one of their flagship sites in London, this one located in East London where they cater for some of most influential events in the UK.

Overall purpose of the role of Senior Conference and Events Manager;
To assist with the development and leadership of your team within the venue. To inspire them to deliver exceptional service to our clients and guests.
To facilitate day to day clients and operations, ensuring that you & the business are meeting expectations and consistently 'Winning One Customer at a Time'.
To review performance and ensure delivery of departmental financial targets.
To demonstrate full alignment to my clients vision and values by doing the right things and celebrating successesNow about you;
3-5 years experience in Hospitality Management or demanding food environment preferred
Knowledge in event management within the hospitality sector
Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, able to lead others
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
A salary of £41,500 is offered for the role of Senior Conference and Events Manager along with company benefits and perks.
