The Role: We are looking for an Account Director (with a social focus) to work on a variety of projects across the account.

A deep understanding and proven track record of working on brilliant social first and innovative campaigns is a must for this role.
We partner with our clients to champion and push the social agenda.
This role requires you to be comfortable working on projects without a set playbook or way of working, and being willing to find creative solutions to make campaigns to a range of budgets.
You’ll work closely with various senior leaders across VCCP to make interesting and innovative work.

Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
Mentor, and inspire a team of social media specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
Foster a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation and the best social work possible for brands.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, especially heads of social roles, understanding their business goals and objectives, and providing strategic social media recommendations.
Present social media strategies, campaign results, and insights to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
Oversee the execution of social media campaigns across various platforms, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with client brand guidelines.
Monitor campaign performance, optimize strategies in real-time, and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Analyze social media metrics, track KPIs, and generate insightful reports to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights to improve future campaigns and strategies.
