Based at our Head Office in Whyteleafe, just 15 minutes outside of Croydon and easily commutable from London.

We’re looking for a highly numerical and detail orientated person to join our Planning and Channel Optimisation Merchandising team! You’ll help make sure the right products are in the right place at the right time by providing key admin support.
Working across our commercial channels including stores, online and connect, you’ll be an excellent communicator who can establish great working relationships.
This is a role that delves into the detail of the numbers, so if you're super commercial, love numbers and are a whizz on Excel, this could be the perfect opportunity!
What you can expect from the role…
* Intake management, regular checks of upcoming newness and replenishment activities. Notifying all channels of any issues.
* Regular analysis of stock availability, publishing stock levels and back in stock notifications.
* Run sizing analysis and feedback to relevant teams.
* Suggest actions to ensure stock is in the correct channels to maximise sell thru.
* Assist the team with historical analysis of product sales, launch and markdown.
* Produce weekly, monthly and seasonal reports for the team.
* Take ownership of the creation of Monday trade packs.
* Keep up to date with competitor activities, new products, marketing and promotional activities.
* General administration support for the day to day running of the team.
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, including all channels touch points.
* Demonstrate the People Values through what I do and how I do it.
What we’re looking for from the successful candidate…
* A passion for developing a career within Merchandising.
* Someone who is analytical and highly numerical.
* A good understanding of Excel, with a keen interest in developing your knowledge.
* An ability to pick up systems quickly.
* Strong communication skills and customer service.
* Supportive, engaging, and willing to help your team.
