Sourcing Manager – People & HR Services (9-Month Contract) £600 a day An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sourcing Manager to join a dynamic team specialising in People & HR Services. This 9-month contract role offers the chance to lead and support key sourcing activities that directly impact colleagues and drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to source new third-party solutions and optimize, renegotiate, or re-tender existing supplier contracts. Manage sourcing activities across a range of HR categories, including permanent resourcing, health & wellbeing, reward & recognition, learning & development, culture & leadership, and outsourced operations. Develop and deliver category strategies that align with business objectives and ensure effective cost management. Facilitate all aspects of the project lifecycle, from supplier selection to performance measurement, ensuring value creation and alignment with business goals. Drive innovation through market analysis and foster strong relationships with internal teams and senior stakeholders. Contribute to demand management by simplifying service specifications and identifying cost-saving opportunities. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in sourcing HR and/or IT services, with strong commercial acumen. Excellent negotiation, organization, and influencing skills.
