Cadbury House, the South Wests finest four-star contemporary boutique hotel and spa set within the rolling English countryside. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager/Executive to make their mark. This is not an office-based role, working locally and nationally when needed, to drive corporate and MICE business opportunities. We are looking for inventive fresh ideas from an assertive and persuasive candidate who will secure and develop new business for the hotel, working alongside the Sales Manager. The successful candidate must be flexible, able to multi-task, research and identify business opportunities and leads.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of two years experience. An understanding of Hilton Sales is preferred, but not essential. You will be self-motivated, have strong organizational skills and be capable of reaching and exceeding sales targets. They will also be expected to deliver exceptional standards of work consistently.
