Clinical Deputy Manager
Havelock Court Care Home, 6 Wynne Road, Stockwell, London, SW9 0BB. Carehome.co.uk rating: 9.2 / 10.
Salary: Up to £51,188 - Depending on experience.
Type: Permanent - 40 hours per week.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional night visits or weekend work.

You’ll help us make health happen by:
* Overseeing and assisting all aspects of nursing care and activities within the home.
* Creating and updating individual care plans, maintaining accurate medication records.
* Ensuring adequate staffing levels.
* Providing support and guidance to the team, promoting residents' independence, choice, and dignity.
* Building relationships with residents, their families, and the local community to foster a sense of community.
* Liaising with local partners to raise the care home’s profile.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Valid UK NMC pin, committed to NMC Codes of Conduct and professional development.
* Understanding of quality nursing care, promoting independence, choice, and dignity.
* Up-to-date knowledge of tissue viability, infection control, and care planning.
* Ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team.
* Excellent task prioritization and teamwork skills.
