Job Title: Commercial Property Legal Executive
Salary: Up to £46,000 depending on experience + Excellent Benefits

Job Overview
Prestigious London law firm is looking for a commercial property fee earner; either a qualified legal executive or a candidate with very strong real estate experience who is currently undergoing the CILEx process and running their own files. You will be assisting this leading team with the management of large City estates as well as private clients dealing with sales, purchases, and landlord and tenant matters.
Key Responsibilities
A selection of duties will include:
* Preparing SDLT forms and registrations
* Dealing with complex title structures
* Commercial leasing
* Carrying out title investigation and searches
* Drafting and negotiating documents including leases, Deeds of Assignment, Deeds of Variation, and Rent Review Memorandum
* Reviewing leases
Qualifications and Skills
You must have a detailed and thorough knowledge of commercial leases, lease surrenders, and management transactions especially licences to assign, underlet and alter, deeds of variation etc. It is essential that you have strong technical knowledge and a pro-active, self-motivated work ethic as well as exceptional client handling skills combined with excellent communication skills. This is an extremely busy role and so you must have the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a professional approach.
You must have the confidence and dynamism to deal with key industry players including clients, developers, and HNWIs and be able to work to set timescales and deadlines, ensuring the client’s needs and expectations are met and managed at all times.
