Apprenticeship Manager Home based with occasional UK travel for meetings/visits Full time, Permanent Salary: £45,000 per annum We are seeking a dynamic Apprenticeship Manager to oversee and deliver Employer Provider Apprenticeship programs at Serco. You will manage a team of Development Coaches delivering apprenticeship programs from Level 3 to 7, ensuring compliance with regulatory and performance standards. In this key role, you will role model Serco’s values and behaviours and effectively manage outcomes for learners through management information systems of both performance and quality of the apprenticeship service to meet strategic objectives. Conducting monthly performance review meetings with individual DC’s. As part of this you’ll: Manage and support a team of Development Coaches to meet performance and quality standards. Ensure all apprentices are compliant with ESFA and Ofsted requirements. Monitor and manage KPIs, SLAs, and learner journeys. Lead performance reviews and address underperformance. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality engagement throughout the apprenticeship journey. Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring evidence is available for review. Develop and implement strategies for improving qualification achievement rates, performance, and compliance. Ensure resources are effectively allocated based on demand and business needs. Stay current on sector updates and disseminate relevant information. What you’ll need to do the role: Management qualification (Level 5 or equivalent). IQA qualified. Strong understanding of Ofsted and ESFA apprenticeship standards. Experience in managing apprenticeship programs, audits, and inspections. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and working with data/reporting systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines. Reflects on and evaluate own and others' work. Proven ability to build collaborative internal and external relationships.
