We are looking to recruit a Team Lead to join our team on a Permanent basis supporting our client in the Chelmsford area. We are looking for an experienced Team Leader who can support a team of support workers and our client who has an Acquired Brain Injury & Personality Disorder. Our client needs round the clock care on a 2:1 basis. Your will need to be available Immediately and be able to commit to regular shift patterns which will be on a 12-hr rotation. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for line managing Support Workers within the team, providing advice, support and training, along with undertaking regular 1-1's and appraisals. This role consists of working a shift pattern to cover 24-hour care. Required Skills/Qualifications: 1 year or more experience as a Mental Health Support Worker 1 year or more experience working with people with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Flexibility, maturity, independence, and carry a very high professional standard. Commitment to delivering client specific care. Adaptable approach to support client and family members. Ability to maintain clear professional boundaries within a home setting.
