A great opportunity has arisen…On behalf of my client I am looking for an experienced accounts assistant with experience in purchase ledger/credit control. This is a full time role however part time hours could be considered for the right candidate.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Full UK Driving license
2. Currently in an accounts assistant role or similar.
The Role:
3. To monitor all outstanding accounts to ensure payments are made swiftly and in line with customer terms of credit
4. Assist Purchase Ledger with day-to-day administration
5. Scanning invoices as required
6. Posting Cash and Company banking
7. Supporting team with statement reciliation
8. To note all outstanding accounts and investigate with the relevant departmental manager to ensure that there is no reason for non-payment
9. Supporting financial controller and accounts department with ad-hoc duties as required.
