Role purpose: To work alongside the Director of International Marketing and Senior International Marketing Manager to support the execution of the International Marketing Strategy and assist with driving STKs International social media presence.
Job description:
DIGITAL
* Own the social media calendar for the STK Steakhouse International social media accounts (Instagram + TikTok)
* Community management - responding to guest comments and resharing tagged posts for STK Steakhouse Niagara Falls,and STK Steakhouse Toronto.
* Assist managing our nominated digital marketing agency to ensure all social media and Google paid search ads are delivering agreed upon ROI.
* Executing the monthly email marketing calendar to support marketing campaigns (scheduling these via Airship).
* Ensuring our website, booking platforms and online listings stay up-to-date with menus and other relevant content.
* Reporting and analysis - tracking open table covers and restaurant sales to share with senior leadership team and partners
LSM (Local Store Marketing)
* Ensuring the local store marketing strategies are executed for all International venues
* Create local store marketing assets with International designer
* Coordinate and lead venue teams to ensure accurate tracking of referrals from LSM outreach.
* Coordinate LSM visits / develop target outreach list
* Support with LSM visits
BRAND / OFFLINE
* Work alongside our nominated PR agency to coordinate influencer and press bookings.
* Assist with content shoots and sourcing models (social and video) briefing all partner photographers and videographers.
* Briefing in graphic design requests to our freelance graphic designer for social media, and in-restaurant POS materials.
* Ensuring all time-sensitive POS material is created and present in each venue to support campaigns and core programming.
* Assist with driving the International Gift Voucher strategy via our gifting platform (Giftpro).
* Ensuring all marketing assets are consistently updated and organised via the company One Drive.
* Brand partnerships - actively on the lookout for brand partnership opportunities
Person spec / requirements:
* 2-4 years hospitality marketing experience (International marketing experience is advantageous).
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Self-starter with a passion for social media and branding
* Ability to work within a small and agile team
* Able to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines
