We are seeking an experienced Facilities Consultant to as a CAFM Implementation Project Manager with a strong background in estates and software delivery to join our clients team for a critical 12-month project. This role involves managing the implementation of an Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) and Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) software across multiple work streams.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the alignment of 4 work streams and numerous functions related to the IWMS implementation.
Manage stakeholder relationships with numerous different suppliers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Facilitate the following work streams:
Data, suppliers, and IT management
Space management
Implementation of Software
People and change management
Act as a central point of contact across all streams to ensure seamless integration and project success.
Roll up your sleeves to tackle operational challenges and drive project delivery.
Requirements:
Proven experience in project management, particularly in the implementation of IWMS/CAFM systems.
Strong background in estates management to understand how estate functions are impacted by software.
Demonstrated experience managing software projects with a focus on operational delivery.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse suppliers and teams.
Ability to start ASAP to support upcoming business case presentations and tender processes.
