CHILDREN'S RESIDENTIAL
We are seeking an experienced Care Professionals to work in the children's care sector (EBD, LD, autism). This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenge and the opportunity to help a company grow and to ensure the lives of the children are fully supported with excellent levels of care.
We are looking for deputy managers, team leaders, and senior support workers.
Competitive salary: £13.50- £18 per hour DOE

The Role:
1. Overseeing the delivery of care services for children, delivering high levels of care in line with regulations.
2. Ensuring strict compliance with Ofsted.
3. Managing staff and resources effectively (deputy and team leader).
4. Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans.
5. Liaising with families and healthcare professionals.
6. Assessments, supervisions, and overall management of the support workers.
7. Following policies and procedures.
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for the roles should have:
1. Relevant qualifications in healthcare - level 3 or working towards it.
2. Experience of working with vulnerable children.
3. Ofsted experience.
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
5. A strong character and be a good communicator.
6. Be a reflective leader.
7. Want to develop their own style.
8. Work closely with the managers to develop growth plans for the service.
9. Worked as a manager, deputy manager, senior, or team lead in the children's sector or a support worker wanting progression.
PLEASE NOTE: YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO DO SOME SLEEP IN SHIFTS.
