Job Description
We’re looking for a well-organised do-er who can champion the valued role of Projects Assistant from our office in Sandiacre. Day to day, you will become the go-to person for ensuring that our projects have their planning, products, and paperwork in great shape. You will work closely with our project managers and designers who will also require wider support.
Experience in CAD will be vital in this role to alter drawings where required. This is a full-time office-based position; although we are open to part-time hours spread over 4-5 days for the right candidate. Experience in the fit-out industry would be a bonus but not essential.
Qualifications
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Must be proficient in AutoCAD
* Strong typing and data entry skills
* Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
* Effective phone etiquette and communication skills
* Prior office experience preferred
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Responsibilities
* Assist in managing project timelines and schedules by organizing tasks and deadlines
* Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
* Support the team with clerical duties, ensuring efficient office operations
