Reporting to the Head of Estates and Facilities for the Trust, you will work closely together to implement a new culture of quality at this high performing school. With a focus on compliance management, you will know what 'excellent' looks like, utilising your knowledge to build audit processes and effective record management processes.Responsible for the effective management and motivation of a small team, you will have the opportunity to drive operational excellence across the school estate.
