Customer Care Representative
Hours: 37.5hrs per week – Mon to Fri – 08.30 – 17.00
You will join the UKI Customer Care team, responding to both internal and external customer queries via the telephone and email. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be part of a team which is committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Working office hours, Monday to Friday, you will be based out of our head office in Penrith but have the choice to work from home two days a week (after training).

Your new team
You will be joining a diverse team of 9 that are passionate about delivering an exceptional experience to our customers. You will be supported by both a Team Leader and the Head of Customer Care who will ensure you are equipped with the right tools and support needed to succeed.

What you will need
Good IT skills - You will be required to use multiple IT systems to gather the required information for the customer; full training will be given.
* Be able to act reliably and ethically - Written and verbal fluency in English.
* Be a problem-solver.
* Be able to cope under pressure.
* Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
