Your Role: As a Complex Needs Support Specialist, you'll be at the heart of transforming lives by:
* Providing tailored support to individuals with complex needs, including SEND, ASD, ADHD, and more.
* Developing and implementing individualised support plans to meet each person’s unique requirements.
* Assisting in specialised educational programs and activities designed for diverse learning needs.
* Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and professionals to ensure a well-rounded approach.
* Monitoring progress, adjusting strategies, and fostering a safe, inclusive atmosphere.
* Offering emotional and practical support while encouraging positive behaviour and well-being.
What We’re Looking For: A relevant qualification in health and social care, special education, or a related field (Minimum Level 3). Additional training in behaviour management, de-escalation techniques, or similar skills. Understanding of legislation, safeguarding, and best practices for individuals with complex needs. Experience supporting individuals with SEND, ASD, ADHD, and other additional needs. Excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships. Strong organisational skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Why Join Us?
