2nd Line Support Engineer - £225 - £300 per day Inside IR35 - London Rate : Up to £300 per day Duration: 6 months Ext IR35 : Inside Location : Central London - Hybrid (2 days in the office) Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm A client of ours based in central London are looking to hire for a 2nd Line Support Engineer. The 2nd Line Support Engineer will act as an escalation point for the 1st Line team as well as get involved in a handful of projects. They are seeking someone who demonstrates initiative and takes ownership of issues or situations. The 2nd Line Support Engineer will have the opportunity to work on projects such as migrations, deployments, rollouts and upgrades. Essential skills - 2nd Line Support Engineer Azure Active Directory - Managing policies, account management MS 365 - Using admin centre to troubleshoot issues within the suite Intune -Understanding/ creating policies, general understanding and configure policies Windows Server - Basic administration of Windows Server, monitoring VMs Networking - Troubleshoot Firewalls, Switches, Routers Good communication and customer service skills Keen to learn and be a team player Desirable - 2nd Line Support Engineer Azure Virtual Desktop MS Certifications - Azure/M365 ITIL / Prince2 This is a great opportunity for you to progress your career and work on a variety of technologies and projects so please apply with your most up to date CV.
