The Digital Supply Chain Executive role is to play a supporting role in the Digital Supply Chain team, reporting into the Digital Transformation Manager - Supply Chain.
You will provide support to the Digital Supply Chain team by preparing scheduled reports, completing ad-hoc analysis as required and liaising with team members from Planning to ensure S&OP and S&OE reporting is continually improved.
You will also play a key role in the embedding of new principles agreed or any new systems or platforms implemented through the work of the Digital Supply Chain team. You will be responsible for maintaining and completing governance trackers and data integrity checkers, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting all endeavours of the Digital Supply Chain team including projects and initiatives launched by the Team and Digital Steer-Co.
* Providing high-quality insights and data accuracy related to the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) processes.
* Maintaining data integrity checkers and trackers, ensuring all ad-hoc analytics requirements are completed in a timely manner.
* Being a key internal contact for new Supply Chain platforms and systems, explaining processes to colleagues and creating SOPs as required.
What you’ll bring:
* Proficiency in both new and existing tools, systems, and platforms.
* Knowledge of ERP systems (preferred but not required).
* A background in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) disciplines.
* Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
* Excellent problem-solving skills.
* Experience in managing, analysing, and interpreting complex data sets.
* Advanced Excel/Google Sheets management and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
