About the Role
Brightwork are supporting our client with the recruitment of multiple remote working Customer Experience Advisors to join their Customer Excellence team on a temporary ongoing basis. This role offers flexible working hours through the day (morning, afternoon, evening), working on either a part time or full time basis across the week, occasional weekend work is required. This is a fully remote role with immediate start available.
Main Duties
* Engaging with customers across social media platforms including Facebook, Facebook groups, Instagram and TikTok.
* Responding and resonating with a wide range of comments.
* Working as a wider team to ensure a positive experience for everyone engaging with the brand.
* Active presence on social media, monitoring trends and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
* Someone who can demonstrate experience with working with people in a similar environment.
* Active user of social media channels, knowledge of current trends and ways to improve the brand.
* Strong social pulse and understand when to escalate potential issues.
* Ability to manage your own time whilst working from home.
