Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our Fleet Management team at dnata Catering UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in ensuring compliance with company standards and legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Central Fleet Administration: Coordinating booking arrangements, maintenance management, and information processing
• Company Transport Activity Administration: Managing maintenance, accidents, fines, and fleet management of company vehicles
• Utilize SAP to raise orders and process invoices for cars, accidents, and fuel receipting
• Provide continuous support to all units across the UK, responding to queries and resolving issues efficiently
• Administer the AA drive Tech system and assist employees as necessary
• Communicate with external stakeholders for sourcing parts and ordering stationery
• Deliver exceptional customer service consistently
• Perform ad-hoc administrative duties within the Fleet Department
