Secondary Teacher – Who would be a great fit for the role?
* Must have a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Post-Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or a relevant degree.
* Experience in teaching the British curriculum is desirable.
* Knowledge on either History, Geography, Religious Studies or English Literature.
* 2 education-based references.
* Ability to work with students on a 1:1, group, and class basis.
* A full enhanced DBS check (can be processed through Smile Education).
* A determined, hard-working attitude!
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
* Support students in small groups and 1:1 sessions, focusing on areas they find challenging.
* Assess, monitor, and support student progress to ensure high attainment.
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Work collaboratively with a talented staff team.
