About the Role:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for the position of Health and Safety Advisor to predominantly work within their Facades division on a mixture of Re-cladding and New Build projects in the London/Home Counties area.

1. Helping with Pre-construction identifying safety requirements
2. Preparing safety procedures at pre-construction
3. Delegating processes to Project Managers
4. Preparing RAMS and Safety documents
5. Overseeing Sub-Contractors and Quality
6. Client Meetings
7. Working alongside H&S Director
About the Benefits / Rewards:

The guideline basic salary is £45,000 - £60,000, plus bonus, travel, and vehicle if required.
Requirements:
IOSH, NEBOSH, or H&S Qualification preferred, but essential as my client is prepared to invest in training and qualifications. Essential is Façade and Cladding experience, so someone who has progressed from the tools into Site Management with good H&S understanding and management skills will be preferred. Most importantly, the candidate for this role must be trustworthy, reliable, conscientious, and keen to progress their career further. You will also have to be a highly motivated individual and a strong team player. A consistent employment record is essential with at least two years at each employer.
