We are seeking to recruit two Project Support and AssuranceAdministrators to join our innovative and dynamic team to provide professional businessadministration and project support services to our Business and PMO teams.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with proven experience of supporting projects and delivering complex change in a dynamic environment, who is keen to develop their experience using a collaborative, system wide partnership approach. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and analytical skills, be competent in data entry, possess a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, pay attention to detail and be a good team player. They should be able to work unsupervised, meeting tight deadlines and adapt to changing/ challenging situations.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible for providing ahigh quality project, service and administrative support to the PMO department andthe Head of Business and Planning. The post holder will undertake reporting andanalysis information, to support the implementation of governance and assuranceprocesses.
The successful candidate will:
Provide administrative and secretarialservices, including preparation of agendas and minutes, ensuring projectdocumentation is kept up to date, assisting with stakeholder events includingtravel around the TVCA geography.
Be first point of contact for enquiries tothe TVCA team, from a wide range of people including Trust staff and externalstakeholders, taking action where necessary and ensuring messages arecommunicated accurately to relevant personnel and in an appropriate and timelymanner.
Ensure a comprehensive and robustinformation system is in place and maintained to meet the requirements ofservice delivery.
Maintain excellent standards ofinterpersonal skills and communication in a professional, courteous andfriendly manner at all times, both within the Alliance with all levels of staff(including managerial/ executive) and with external bodies.
You will be deeply committed to system integration and havea natural ability to engage and collaborate with varied stakeholders andcontinue to improve the health and wellbeing of our population.
