Oversee all audit and tax workstreams, ensuring compliance and optimizing financial performance. Provide strong leadership and management to the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth. Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems. Contribute to strategic financial planning and decision-making. What You'll Bring: Proven experience as a Group Financial Controller, ideally within a multi-site environment. Strong technical accounting skills and a deep understanding of financial operations. Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
